Ron was privileged to enjoy a 36-year career in a variety of sales and marketing management positions with Procter & Gamble. His time at P&G convinced him of the importance and impact of strong Christian leaders in the marketplace.


After P&G, Ron attended seminary, was ordained,  and served as the COO of a Christian mission organization.
