"Business as Mission" by Michael Baer discards the notion that business is strictly a secular activity. In this book, Baer describes four aspects of a Kingdom business: Vocational, Intentional, Relational, and Operational, that can transform the business world.

In 7 Ways to Be Her Hero Fields gives, quite candidly, seven very doable actions to transform any marital relationship, guaranteed. It also includes a bonus chapter for guys to read with their wives.
