Staying in the race means staying and serving until the very end. It is knowing that God didn’t call us to simply start the race, but to finish it. What Are You Doing Here?Elijah was depleted by the great victory at Mt. Carmel, he was disconcerted by his fear of Jezebel, he was disabled by his isolation, and he was devastated by self-pity. Elijah suffered from a life-threatening depression, but God had more work for Elijah. God restored Elijah and He will restore us as well! |
