There are some who search for the qualities of a good leader.

There are a few who seek the qualities of a unique leader. One who understands that might doesn’t make right, and have heard the term ‘servant leader.’ These seek to understand the qualities of a Christian leader.

Early in my career as a young manager, I struggled with the question of, “What qualities does a good leader need?” As a young Christian I struggled with the question of, “What qualities does a good Christian leader need?” Simply put, I struggled with how I could integrate my faith with my business life, and still be successful!

One of the areas I struggled with the most as a young believer was the intersection of ethics and secular business practices. I wondered, “How can I maintain my Christians beliefs and standards, yet be successful in a secular world?”

What I soon realized is that I didn’t really even have a good understanding of what it meant to be an ethical Christian leader in the marketplace!

So I dug into the scripture and the result of my study is this ebook: Ideal Traits of a Chief Executive. This ebook, based on Psalm 101, applies the wisdom of King David, and his royal code of ethics to our lives in today’s marketplace. It begins to answer the questions, “What are the qualities of a good Christian leader?” and “How can I maintain my Christians beliefs and standards, yet be successful in a secular world?”
